My experience was really great Max and Leo were a great sales team getting me the price and financing I wanted. I was really happy it took only a couple of hours and I was leaving with my new truck. They get a 10 out of 10!!!!!

** UPDATE** I spoke with Gabe in the service department and was able to rectify this situation completely. They made it right tenfold. Thank you so very much! this turned my experience around completely. I recently brought my car in to have a recall fixed and a part removed. I asked for my running boards to be removed (a simple removal i thought) and told the facility they could keep them. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. At no point was I informed of the price beforehand. When I questioned the bill, I was told that it was my responsibility to ask — something I feel is unacceptable for any professional service. To make matters worse, the charge was extremely high for what turned out to be a basic service. After raising my concerns, I was only offered a 10% discount, which felt like a token gesture rather than a fair resolution. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Clear communication about pricing should be standard practice, and customers should never be surprised by extremely high charges after the work is already done. 189$ for one hour of labor is in my opinion astronomical even for a dealer. I would like to point out the receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and patient during this situation and thank you to her.
