When I arrived for my service appointment I was ushered into the check-in area and quickly and efficiently processed. I was directed to the customer lounge and was provided ongoing updates relative to the status of services being performed.

Excellent. From the time I walked I'm the door on a Thursday I never felt pressured. I told the i was looking and fact finding. I purchased on Monday and everything was smooth. I bought cash and traded in 2. Yes they came in high on the price and low on the trades. I did my homework and of course offered low. We met at a happy place for both of us. Patrick Eschert my sales associated was great. Basically set the entire Toyota app up on my phone. Tge entire experience was smooth and not what you typically experience or hear about with car sales.
