Maria is always on point, friendly and keeps me up to date on services being done and in non pressure discussions tells of services that may need to be done before the next service is expected. Yesterday, I purchased my third Toyota from Toyota of Vineland. I went in looking for a Corolla LE but fell in love with an SE in the showroom. Nino was great (he's a natural) and willing to help me get the car I wanted, whatever I decided that was. I received quotes on the LE from 2 other Toyota dealers and felt bombarded with texts, emails and phone calls from them. Rebecca was who I connected with initially, and she gave me the information I wanted and checked in with me, but I never felt an aggressive approach as I had from the other dealers. Erik was also very helpful and honest in working with me to get the car at a price that worked for both of us. I was dreading the whole car buying experience, but my experience was a positive one. I'll be buying my 4th Toyata from Vineland too! But not yet...I want to have fun driving my new Corolla for awhile first.

I have the oportunity to meet Felix Afanador who assists me with my goals to get a car in my budget. My sales person Gerald Lewis was attentive, very helpful to manage the process if the sale of the car by the time everything was done I felt I knew him for long time. As always, the staff at Vineland is extremely helpful and friendly. They are thorough, but I am not waiting around all day. I have not used the shuttle service, so I cannot comment on that. The “work nook” annex in the waiting room is amazing!! 2 computers (I had brought my laptop), an ergonomic desk and chair which are better than mine at work. I was able to get more done there than I expected. I drive a distance to come to Vineland Toyota and it is worth every mile

Harry has always been honest and very helpful. The service depart is always friendly and keeps me notified with what is going on with Smokey.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I took my car for 35,000 tire rotation and inspection. Two an half hours of waiting, I finally found my car in the parking lot waiting for pickup. I will be looking for another dealership to take my Toyota ib for future maintenance. Vineland Toyota dealership is the worst.

Second time bringing my vehicle with same problem and they find nothing wrong. The second time I had to pay a hefty diagnostic fee with no resolution.
